We take a small portion of a boneless center cut loin and blend it with a special blend of spices that give this product a unique sweet taste. Just the right serving size for a small family meal. This product is raw and must be fully cooked before consuming.

Warming instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place loin in hot skillet and sear the outside (about 1 minute on each side). Place in roasting pan and bake untill internal temperature reaches 160 degrees with a thermometer in the middle of loin. Let rest for 10 minutes then carve.
