We take a portion of a small center cut boneless loin and season it with our special blend of cracked black pepper and roasted garlic. Great on the grill, or you can roast it and serve it with your favorite sauce for a perfect family meal for four people. This product is sold raw and must be fully cooked before consuming.

Warming instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place loin in hot skillet and sear the outside (about 1 minute on each side). Place in roasting pan and bake untill internal temperature reaches 160 degrees with a thermometer in the middle of loin. Let rest for 10 minutes then carve.
