Great for sandwiches! Can be sliced and put in your favorite BBQ sauce or gravy, or just enjoy as is. The pork roast is a special cut made from a fresh ham that is not cured, but perfectly blended with cracked black pepper and roasted garlic. We slow cook and lightly smoke the roast for a fantastic flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Warming instructions: This product is fully cooked but can be warmed up also. Take roast out of refrigerator and let sit for 45 minutes at room temperature. Place in roasting pan and cover with foil and bake at 250 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for 15 minutes then carve.
