This product is a half portion of our large lean boneless ham and perfect for dinner with leftovers for breakfast and or lunch. Our special cure allows you to taste the juicy flavor of the ham, with about a third less salt then most hams.All of our hams our fully cooked.

Warming instructions: Let ham sit out for 1 hour at room temperature. Place in roasting pan and cover tightly with foil. Cook at 250 degrees F for 5 minutes per pound. Let sit for 15 minutes then carve. If you wish to glaze the ham, remove the foil and apply the glaze during the last 10 minutes of warming and increase oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
