Directions:
Soak beans overnight with 1 tsp. salt. Boil beans next day 30-45 minutes to al dente (do
not overcook). Rinse in cold water.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over beans in a 1 quart casserole dish.
Place 1 1/2 sticks butter (or less) on top.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour. |
